Repsher & Associates Physical Therapy is Albany's premier physical therapy practice. As an independent, physical therapist-owned facility, we have been serving the capital district since 1980. Founder John W. Repsher's interest in physical therapy and helping people recover from injuries began in 1965 as a collegiate athlete. Now he and his staff welcome the opportunity to use their education and experience to provide patients with the best possible physical therapy to help you heal in a friendly and caring environment.

Our staff is dedicated to providing you with physical therapy service that is tailored to your individual therapeutic goals. We do this by:

• Carefully listening to your needs

• Being experts in our field

• Attending continuing education courses

• Utilizing the best equipment available

• Providing all physical therapy treatments by licensed physical therapists

• Always having a real person answering the phone and attending to your needs

• Being large enough to serve you, but small enough to have the same therapist treat you from the initial evaluation through to your discharge

• Obtaining insurance authorization for you treatment

• Billing your insurance company for your fee (we bill you only for your co-pay, deductible or patient portion)

• Providing your physician and insurance company with timely updates regarding your progress

• Developing and encouraging a home exercise program during the entire recovery process
